明治9年の濵元家の古文書 岩崎精正堂へ表具依頼

氷見の網元・濵元家の蔵から発見された、明治9年の貴重な古文書。第14代当主・濵元四郎三郎が石動山から蔵の骨組みを譲り受けた証書でした。明治43年の大火で焼失したと思われていた蔵から見つかった、まさに奇跡の史料。氷見市立博物館にも分析いただき、後世に残すべく、南砺市の老舗表具師「岩崎精正堂」へ。第17代は療養中につき、第18代と19代が相談に訪れ、半年をかけ掛け軸として復元していただくことに。さらに、親鸞聖人の「御臨末御書」も裏打ちを依頼。氷見の歴史を守り、次世代へつなげる取り組み、少しずつ着実に進んでいます。乞うご期待！

A remarkable historical document from 1876 (Meiji 9) was discovered in the storage of the Hamamoto fishing family in Himi. It is a record proving that the 14th-generation head, Hamamoto Shirosaburo, received the wooden framework of a kura (storehouse) from Mount Sekido. Mysteriously, this document survived the great fire of 1910 that was thought to have destroyed the entire kura. With the support of Himi City Museum, we entrusted the restoration to the renowned mounting studio “Iwasaki Seishodo” in Nanto City. While the 17th-generation head is recuperating, the 18th and 19th generations jointly discussed the preservation. After six months, the document will be transformed into a hanging scroll. We also entrusted the reinforcement of a rare letter from Shinran Shonin. Step by step, we’re working to protect and pass on Himi’s history.
